Call the local police station to make sure your vehicle was reposed or stolen. If it was reposed then the police would have record of the Bailiff calling the seizure in. If there is no record then report it stolen.

If it was reposed Roderick Gagne will be calling you with an offer to get your vehicle back. A couple of things you should note:

1 He will tell you that he is the liaison between you and the bank (bank meaning Advance Financing Inc and Donald Rezoski) no such thing, the address of Advance Financing INC is the same address of Roderick Gagne's residence. 

2 He will tell you that if you pass on the offer it is out of his hands and the bank in Toronto will be dealing with it. Not sure what bank he is referring to as they are not a bank. Payments are made to Advance Financing INC through a CIBC bank account. which they are not even set up for e-transfers.

3 They won't be sending you a letter to let you know what the final amounts or terms will be, you will receive a Small Claims Law Suite prepared Roderick Gagne rodgagane@hotmail.com or rodgagne@hotmail.ca

When contacting Donald Rezoski, he will inform you that he has nothing to do with Advance Financing INC. Sadly not the truth, the corporation is in his name stating he is the only person sitting on the board. The corporation was transferred from his wife (Elizabeth Rezoski) to him on December 17, 2024.
